Staffing Services
Before Assignment: Full refund if cancelled before a professional is assigned.
After Assignment: Cancellation fees may apply to cover administrative and scheduling costs.
Interpretation Services
More than 48 Hours: Full refund
24 to 48 Hours: 50% cancellation fee
Less than 24 Hours: Non-refundable
Translation and IME Services
Before Work Commences: Full refund
After Work Commences: Prorated refund based on completed work
Revisions and Edits
We strive for accuracy and client satisfaction in all our services.
Translation and IME Documentation: Contact us within 7 days of delivery for corrections at no additional cost.
Interpretation Services: Notify us within 24 hours with concerns for review and resolution.
Delivery Delays
We are committed to meeting agreed-upon deadlines.
Staffing and Interpretation: Partial refund or credit may apply if scheduled professional isn't provided within agreed timeframe.
Translation and IME: Partial refund calculated based on delay duration if deadline isn't met.
